BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Patient bookings are secured by payment of the full treatment fee. A full refund of this prepayment will be issued if more than 24 hours notice is given. As appointments are reserved for you personally, missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the fee and no refund can be given.

Rebalance Studio is pleased to accept payment by bank transfer, payment links, credit/debit card or cash.

I hope you understand these measures are in place due to the high number of appointments being cancelled on the day or clients not showing up for their appointments without any correspondence.
